Visit Costs

- Initial Package: $375
Includes consultation, in-office lab collection, and a two-week follow-up visit (60 minutes total).

- Follow-Up Visits: $175
Does not include any additional lab collection that may be needed or requested by the patient (30 minutes).

- Telehealth: Offered for follow-up visits as deemed appropriate, at the same cost as in-office visits.

Lab Services

- In-office lab collection/draw fee: $40
This fee covers the collection of your sample in the office. Please note that the laboratory processing your tests will bill separately for their services.

Additional Policies

- No-show fee: $50 for cancellations not made within 48 hours

Payment Options

- Cash, check, credit/debit, FSA, and HSA accepted

- 5% surcharge will be applied for credit card payments

- Service bill can be provided for patients to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement
